More about our Agency

Seraphic Springs Health Care Agency, Inc. is a Medicare and Medicaid certified agency concerned with complete patient care. Our mission is to provide quality, compassionate, cost effective and patient-centered care in a variety of settings. We specialize in direct care in the home to people who would otherwise require in-patient or institutional care.

Seraphic Springs Health Care Agency, Inc. founded in 1996, based upon our compassion for the elderly, children with disabilities, and acute care patients and a strong belief in helping our clients to continue to live safely, gracefully and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by their loved ones.
Clients are accepted for treatment based on a reasonable expectation that we can adequately meet the patient’s medical, nursing, and social needs in the patient’s home. We accept all patients without regard to national origin, age, sex, or physical impairments.

Our medical/nursing professionals will help develop an adequate care plan for the demands of each patient’s health condition. Our staff strives to put patients first by treating each patient as they would like to be treated.

The golden rule “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” is one of the vital health care principles that Seraphic Springs emphasizes in its employee training and in all client interactions. This caring attitude is one reason why Seraphic Springs is the agency that provides Care with a Difference.

We provide services for people in Massachusetts.

Staying Current: We review guidelines from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) daily and provide staff with updates as they become available

Prevention: We have directed all caregivers to follow the following prevention procedures:
Avoid touching public surfaces with your hands whenever possible, including such things as doorknobs, elevator buttons, restroom surfaces, restaurant menus and tables, public computer keyboards, etc. Avoid touching their eyes, nose, or mouth. Wash their hands often with soap and water frequently for at least 20 seconds. Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Stay home when they are sick. Cover their cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.

Clean and disinfect all touched surfaces and objects frequently using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe. Avoid crowds, especially in poorly ventilated spaces. Your risk of exposure to respiratory viruses like COVID-19 may increase in crowded, closed-in settings with little air circulation if there are people in the crowd who are sick. Avoid all non-essential travel, including plane trips, and especially cruise ships. Routine environmental cleaning: All staff has been instructed to clean frequently touched surfaces daily and commonly used surfaces before each use. This includes areas such as workstations, countertops, and doorknobs. We are minimizing employee risk: Any employees who appears to be sick will be sent home immediately. We require that employees who have a sick family member at home be tested.
